- Self-Serve, Always-On – A fully accessible, self-serve setup was available throughout all three days of the race weekend. The space is managed by two on-site hostesses, ensuring support and a warm welcome at all times.
- Hospitality That Delivers – Guests enjoyed a range of premium refreshments, including a smoothie bar, snacks and a variety of drinks — all included, all unlimited.
- Immersive Race Coverage – Two high-definition screens provided full access to the action — one displaying live race footage, the other showing up-to-date race timings. Printed race timetables were also available, allowing guests to stay informed at a glance.
- Sponsor Integration – A dedicated sponsor board within RaceBase ensured optimal visibility and brand presence throughout the weekend.
